Art Appreciation

Thomas Mertron once said ‘Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time’.

But, how often do you stop to smell the flowers as it were in your own home after buying/ inheriting a piece of art? Probably, rarely if you’re anything like what we were.

Art is a wondrous gift which we are lucky to own and our homes are the galleries in which they are displayed.

Why not take a trip around your own home to study and enjoy each of your pieces? Start in one room and work around the house with a glass of your favourite tipple perhaps, we imagine they will act as a beautiful form of escapism too.
