Your Perfect Place to Stay in Harrogate

A Cottage designed for you!

We are following all the latest Government guidelines on cleaning – we employ specialists in this field.

We are only available for Front Line and Essential Workers –

those who cannot return to their own  home

those attending funerals

anyone caught in the midst of moving home

We are currently only permitting stays of 14 or more nights.  Our services have been streamlined.   We will not be able to meet and greet, instead you will receive a key code.  We are still around to give advice either over the phone or using social media sites such as Zoom.

At the moment we are unable to supply linen or towels so we ask guests to supply their own –

We are temporarily unable to supply books, board games or records and our art works are being removed.

Each of our boutique self-catering cottages, in Conservation Areas,  gives you great individual space in a quiet location:   Designed for your comfort and fully self-contained – a place where you can truly relax.

Superbly equipped kitchens, great bedrooms and bathrooms.  Local food shops and supermarkets on your doorstep.  Free unrestricted WIFI, Free unrestricted parking, log burning stoves – easy access by road or public transport.  Open spaces on your doorstep along with everything Harrogate and the surrounding area has to offer.  All our properties are within walking distance of the NHS hospital and Harrogate Conference Centre.

Our Cottages have no shared or public spaces.

You can book and pay on line in the comfort of your own home.  The only request we make is that you inform us when and if you are infected – we want  all our guests to be as safe as possible.

We love Yorkshire

For its beautiful countryside, elegant towns, history, great food and hospitality .
