What is Happening in Harrogate? 

One of the best things about Harrogate, is that there is always something going on. A number of festivals are returning in the new year with everything from music to literature taking place. 

ACS Harrogate Music Festival June & July 2025 

The ACS Music festival has been taking place in Harrogate since 1966, and is a must for all lovers of classical music. There will be a number of concerts taking place in venues around Harrogate, see website for details. 

Theakston Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival 17 – 20 July 2025

Possibly our most famous festival, Theakston Old Peculiar Crime Writing Festival will return in July. This is a highly sort after event, so make sure you book your tickets before it is too late! 

Berwins Salon North

Do you enjoy a stimulating conversation whilst drinking a G&T? If you said yes, then this is the festival for you! Voted at number 6 on GQs "Top 100 Things to do in the World", you will not want to miss out. 

Described as being cross between a TED talk and civilised sit down in a local pub, the Berwins Salon North will be hosting a number of speakers, see website for details. 

Raworths Harrogate Literature Festival 2025 TBC 

Another festival favourite, Haworth Harrogate Literature Festival is a must for anyone interested in current affairs or loves reading.

Harrogate International Sunday Series January – April 2025

It is back! Harrogate's Sunday series of live concerts will be taking place in venues throughout Harrogate for the first four months of the year. See website for details. 

Spiegeltent June & July
