The sun shines on Harrogate as our shops open for business.

RHS Harlow Carr Gardens have never been so lovley and radient. This is definatly the best time to visit Harrogate. The colours of Autum are emerging into brillient shades of ornage, yellow and red, and everyone is preparing for the run up to Christmas.

Every year the shops compete for the prize of Best Christmas Shop window. It is amazing how our shops are able to create such imaginative and unique displays year after year!

It is not just the shops that are worth seeing. Our restaurants and bars are served by the nicest people you will ever meet. Each restaurant takes their culinary inspiration from places such as:  Italy, Spain, Thailand, France, America…

oh and Yorkshire!

There are lovely walks around the Valley Gardens, Harlow Carr, and of course Harwood House , and plenty of birds and wildlife to look out for. Our personal favourites are the flamingoes (at Harwood House), the rabbits, and of course Red and Black Kites! They are truly a marvel to behold.
