The Yorkshire and Humberside Family Business Awards 2023

We made the finals! 

Last Friday evening we had the pleasure of attending the Yorkshire and Humberside Family Business Awards at the Majestic Hotel in Harrogate. 

We were up for two awards, "Best Social Impact" in the local community and "Leisure & Tourism". Well done the winners KCM Waste Management (Best Social Impact) and Oaklands (Leisure and Tourism) and our fellow nominees: New Concept Care & Nursing Ltd, J R Rex and Sons, All for one Choir, A&B Healthcare Ltd, Osprey Meadow, The Pumpkin Patch at Bewholme, and Farmer Copleys. It was incredible and a great privilege to be nominated among such established family businesses some of whom who I had mentioned in previous blogs and articles. 

The trophies were all works of art, individually crafted by a local artist, capturing the theme of Ying and Yang.
