Details: Proms in the park, comes to Yorkshire for the very first time, and we are delighted that they have chosen Harewood House! Come and be part of this nationwide event with music from the UK renowned Prom Orchestra, playing live on stage at Harewood and on screen from the Royal Opera House.  Gates open at 6pm. Support act from 6.30pm. Performances from 7.30pm. Approx run time: 150 minutes

Twelfth Night – Lord Chamberlain’s Men

Date: Friday, 15 August 2025

Venue: Newby Hall, Ripon

McBeth: The Duke's Theatre Company

Venue: Carlton Towers, Selby 

Details: The Duke's Theatre Company presents a bold reimagining of Macbeth at Carlton Towers, running from July to September 2025. Directed by Robert Shaw Cameron and designed by Jessica Curtis, this contemporary adaptation features a cast of six acclaimed actors and delves deeply into the psychological unraveling of Shakespeare’s tragic protagonists. Performed outdoors with each actor individually amplified, the 2-hour show (including a 15-minute interval) invites audiences to bring their own seating and enjoy picnicking during the performance.
