The Yorkshire Stone cottage combines a blend of antiques and modern furnishings with a sense of timeless continuity designed for the diserning 21st century guest.  The high-tech colourful kitchen is made for cooks.  Everything has been carefully selected for comfort and a sense of home.  A fusion of old and new giving  guests a sense of serenity to relax and unwind after a busy day. A real home from home experience.

This bright airy property in muted tones of jade is ideal for couples and people travelling on business. Located in a tranquil street, a short 8-10 minutes walk from Harrogate International centre, Royal Hall, Theatre,Turkish Baths and Harrogate Station,  it is the ideal location for business or recreation.

Kings Road with its independent shops and Local Sainsbury’s  is a 3 minutes walk.  Asda and a Co-Op are also nearby.

Pet friendly. Max 2 small pets to be caged overnight (guests to provide their own cage) Extra charges apply.

This is a 19th century property with an original steep staircase with small treads, please use the handrails. Unsuitable for the infirm and small children. Stairgates unfortunately cannot be temporarily fixed.

Sleeps max 4 in 2 bedrooms. Ideally suited to a couple with children or two couples.

We can offer travel cot and high chair (please supply your own bedding for the travel cot)

We can offer a maximum of 3 beds – double in smaller room and king or 2 singles in master.  You will need to tell us your preferred bed configurations.

Within a five minute walk on Kings Road there is a local Sainsburys, some independent cafes,  Ramus a well-loved Harrogate fish mongers., a florist, greengrocer, Wots Cooking for ready made meals, a deli and a pharmacy.   The Stray is a short walk – turn right at Skipton Road.  The cycle path to Ripley can be accessed via Grove Park Terrace (opposite side of Skipton Road).

A quick traffic-free walk gets you in to this busy town centre

The downstairs enjoys a spacious walk in shower room and a Jack and Jill shared bathroom to the upstairs of the property.
